So let’s recap:

Current Weight (1/11/2012): 167.6
Last Wednesday (1/4/2012): 170.4
Total lost: 7 pounds (rounding)
Lost since last week: 3 pounds
This has all been done so far with diet. I’m not starving myself, by any means. In fact, I MIGHT be eating more (as I’m actually eating breakfast now). I have done SOME exercise, but it’s some silly little thing (i.e. so many jumping jacks paired with crunches or lunges and leg lifts, stuff like that). That’s mostly so I get in the habit of doing SOMETHING each night. I am going to try to start going to my gym this week. We’ll see…I always seem to find an excuse not to go.
My friend, who works for a bank, is participating in a work weight loss competition. Hopefully with her participating, as well, that’ll help with my motivation. She’s actually going to the gym with me tonight, so that’s step one!
I’ve also been utilizing my sparkpeople account a LOT more so as to try to start tracking my food intake. I’ve still got issues with tracking on the weekends (call it laziness, I know I am), but I still try to eat like I would during the week. My issues with weekends are I either eat out and I don’t realize that I’m eating as much OR I sit at home and just eat, eat, eat while I sit in front of the TV. I’m going to try to avoid that this weekend.
