yesterday, around 11am, i get a call from Nick “you’ve got a package from amazon!”
“what? I didn’t order anything…..OH WAIT MAYBE IT’S FROM TUMBLR BUDDY!”
First off, I LOVE notebooks anyway and second…I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A JOURNAL LIKE THIS!!!
I use sparkpeople, but as I’ve said before, it’s hard for me to track on the weekends. At least with this (well hopefully with this), I’ll be able to write my foods down on the weekend and look up calories later! Plus, it has all sorts of tips and tricks in the front few pages. AND a spot for a “before” picture (which…not sure if I’m going to be pasting THAT there, but we’ll see!)
Though I don’t have the notes associated with the package, Tumblr Buddy gave me some advice — once I do start going to the gym and getting in that routine, I should add weight training. I’m totally going to do that and THANK YOU! for the advice :)
