it’s a day late because yesterday was the whole blackout dealy, that and i actually got busy at work! shocker.
so let’s recap.
Starting Weight (12/27/11): 174.6
Current Weight (1/19/12): 167.2
Goal Weight (by Oct 2012): 135
yesterday’s weigh-in was actually 167.8, if we’re getting technical. I went up a bit over the weekend thanks to my decision to eat an entire pizza by myself. in my defense, it was one of those frozen pizzas you throw in the oven. i only cut them twice (in half twice to form a cross) so there’s really only four “slices”….yeahhhhh. whatever, though, back on track. didn’t gain enough for it to be a huge issue.
i’ve actually created a new short-term goal for myself. backstory: in two weeks i’ll be out in Salt Lake City getting ready to head to Vegas with two friends for their baby shower! SO…my goal is to be 164 by the time that rolls around. With the way I’ve been going, that should totally be do-able.
and, as seen in a previous post, my tumblr buddy (best buddy EVER, by the way), got me two diet and fitness journals! i’m SO SO SO excited to start using them (today is the first day)
