Goal Weight (by Oct 2012): 135
Goal Weight (by February 4, 2012): 162
So last week I hit my first mini goal VERY early. I was at 164 by Thursday. I may have celebrated a BIT too much last week as I gained over the weekend. I’m back down to 165.4 but it’s still higher than I was hoping (hoping to be back down to 164 today).
Although I do still have my mini goal set to 162 for Feb 4, I’m doubtful I’ll get there at this point. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still totally going to try!
I leave for Salt Lake City tomorrow afternoon. Heading out of work early to get to the airport by around 5pm and then I’m on my way. I’m hoping to keep making decent decisions while traveling (not only to SLC but on our way to Vegas, while IN Vegas and traveling back from Vegas). We’ll see, though.
I am disappointed that I’m not where I wanted to be, BUT I’m glad it’s not worse than it is. I’ve still lost almost 10 pounds since Christmas on just changing my diet and portion sizes. That’s kind of a big deal right? haha
